Big thank you to everyone who attended the 3rd Annual Westlake Baja on October 11, 2011 at the Vaquero Club! We are excited to share that Baja raised $201,350! Net proceeds from this wild and fun golf and tennis outing and live auction are used to recruit, retain and develop high-quality teachers.

Since 2009, the Baja has raised nearly $1 million - including $500,000 for a faculty endowment from our friends at Deloitte - to recruit, retain and develop high-quality teachers. This money has been well-invested, as a few successful recipients can attest:

The event always promises you and your guests (important clients or valued teammates, perhaps?) an amazing golf experience on the award-winning Vaquero course. New in 2011 was the Baja Tennis, a unique King & Queen of the Cross Court format for all levels of play. Plus we are adding a ladies' division for both golf and tennis. Great tournaments and challenges, cocktail party and live entertainment plus an auction of premium offerings.
